【摘要】 建立基层水土保持档案系统 ,是国家生态监测网站建设的重要内容。在福建省南安市 ,以小流域为单元对基层水土保持档案系统建设进行了研究。利用信息规范化技术采集数据 ,形成档案库、计算机数据库及其查询系统 ,并利用现有网络基础 ,实现数据的流通、汇总 ,实现基层野外作业的数据与各级部门数据实时互动管理。从基层入手 ,由小到大 ,可形成全国水土保持信息档案库。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s important matter of national ecological supervision station net to set up archives system of grass roots for soil and water conservation. Taking small watershed as an unit in Nan’an of Fujian, the archives system establishment of grass roots for soil and water conservation had been researched. All available data was assembled by standard information technique to set up an archives data and computer database and inquiry system. Data can be circulated and collected by means of current network. The information system can interact with all data for all grass roots field work and all levels of offices at real time. Start with the task in grass roots, from smallness to bigness, and the national archives system for soil and water conservation information will be formed.更多还原
