【摘要】 文章探讨了提高民主党派的参政能力问题,认为具体在政府部门担任实职领导从事参政实践,是提高民主党派参政能力的最重要的评价指标之一。从民主党派自身素质的提高来看,最主要的着眼点应是参政能力的提高与强化。文章还从提高参政能力的角度出发,就民主党派进步性和广泛性在参政过程中的体现、代表性与实践性的适当分离等问题作了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper probes into the subject of how to improve the democratic parties’ ability to participate in government and political affairs. The paper argues that serving as responsible leaders in government departments and going in for political practice are one of the most important evaluating indexes. As far as the improvement of the democratic parties’ performance is concerned, the key point should be the improvement and enhancement of their ability to participate in government and political affairs. Moreover, this paper also focuses on such matters as the embodiment of the democratic parties’ progressive character and their widespread influence in the course of their participation in government and political affairs, as well as the proper separation of the roles of representation and practice.更多还原
