【摘要】 目的 :观察湿润烧膏与“开窗疗法”对深Ⅲ度烧伤创面的疗效。方法 :12 8例Ⅲ度烧伤创面采用MEBO治疗 ,12 6例辅加“开窗疗法”处理。结果 :12 2例未植皮自行愈合。结论 :MEBO与“开窗疗法”治疗Ⅲ度烧伤创面效果显著 ,替代了传统外科治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in association with “open window therapy” in treating thirddegree burn wounds. Method: 128 cases of 3 rd degree were treated with MEBO and 126 of them were associated with “open window therapy”. Result: 122 cases healed spontaneously without skin grafting. Conclusion: MEBO in association with “open window therapy” has very remarkable efficacy in treating 3 rd degree burn wounds. This method can replace traditional surgical treatment.更多还原
