【摘要】 目的 :观察美宝湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)在治疗老年性阴道炎及溃疡患者中的应用价值。方法 :窥器暴露阴道 ,阴道炎患者用 1:5 0 0 0高锰酸钾冲洗阴道 ,阴道溃疡患者用 1:2 0 0 0洗必泰棉球擦洗阴道壁及宫颈 ,无菌干棉球擦干阴道 ,用无菌棉签蘸取MEBO药膏涂抹整个阴道内壁粘膜。涂药厚度 1mm～ 2mm ,每日 1次。结果 :老年性阴道炎患者于 1个疗程结束后 1周及 5周进行复查 ,总有效率 10 0 %。老年性阴道溃疡患者用药 3天全部见效 ,轻度溃疡用药 5天～ 7天愈合 ,中度溃疡用药 8天～ 10天愈合。结论 :采用MEBO涂治老年性阴道炎及阴道溃疡 ,临床疗效良好 ,操作简单方便 ,值得临床推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of MEBO in treating senile vaginitis and vaginal ulcer. Method: Vagina was exposed by cpeculum and washed with 1:5,000 potassium permanganate for those with vaginitis. For those with vaginal ulcer, the vagina and cervix were washed with 1: 2,000 chlohexidine. Cleaned and dried with cotton balls, MEBO was applied to a thickness of 1～2 mm once every day. Result: For senile vaginitis, after one therapeutic course, the lesion areas were examined in 1 and 5 weeks. The total effective rate was 100%. For vaginal ulcer, all the lesion areas turned better in 3 days after MEBO treatment. Light ulcers healed in 5 to 7 days and moderate ulcers in 8 to 10 days. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating senile vaginitis and vaginal ulcer. It is easy and simple to apply and worthy to be popularized.更多还原
