葛根保健酒的研制
【摘要】 以葛根、糯米为原料,探索了葛根保健酒的酿造工艺,采用液体发酵、过滤分离的工艺方法,研制出了酒味爽口、独特,并含有一定黄酮物质的葛根酒。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the brew technology of a Pueraria DC health wine produced from Pueraria DC and sticky rice. In addition to flavones, this wine prepared by liquid fermentation and filter separation is also a good flavor and special taste.
