【Abstract】 By using Hovenia dulcis Thumb, this article developed the process of a health protection drink.The results show that the perfect prescription of milk drink is 4% of skim milk, 5% of granulated sugar and 0.2% of citrin acid. The perfect prescription of stabilizer is 0.1% of sodium alginate, 0.1% of CMC-Na and 0.01% of xanthic gum.更多还原
