rhBMP-2与聚乳酸复合体植入犬拔牙创对牙槽骨再生的影响

【摘要】 ①目的 观察重组基因骨形态发生蛋白 2 (rhBMP 2 )与聚乳酸的复合体植入犬拔牙创对牙槽骨再生的影响。②方法 犬拔牙创内充填rhBMP 2与聚乳酸的复合体 ,以自然愈合拔牙创作为对照 ,于术后 2、6、10周行X线检查 ,6、10周处死犬 ,取标本行光镜和扫描电镜观察成骨情况、复合体与新生骨结合情况。③结果 X线检查及病理检查结果显示实验侧拔牙创愈合快 ,成骨速度及成骨质量明显优于对照侧。电镜扫描显示该材料相容性好 ,对组织无刺激反应 ,可降解。④结论 rhBMP 2与聚乳酸复合体是一种可促进牙槽骨再生的新型生物复合材料 ,有希望成为临床修复牙槽骨缺损的新型材料

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of rhBMP-2/polylactic acid compound filling into extraction socket on the regeneration of alveolar bone in dogs. Methods rhBMP-2/polylactic acid compound was implanted into extraction sockets. The normal healing extraction sockets were served as controls. X-ray examination was performed at 2, 6, and 10 weeks after the operation. The dogs were killed at 6 and 10 weeks, and a light microscopy and a scanning electronic microscopy used to evaluate the effects of composite on the regeneration of alveolar bone. Results Compared with the control side, the extraction sockets filled with compound healed better, more bone was regenerated. Conclusion rhBMP-2/polylactic acid compound may serve as a new biological material to improve the regeneration of alveolar bones.
