【摘要】 ①目的　了解妊娠期糖尿病 (GDM )孕妇胰岛素抵抗及胰岛 β细胞分泌功能。 ②方法　测定 98例GDM孕妇和 10 2名正常孕妇的空腹血糖、胰岛素 ,采用自我平衡模型分析法计算胰岛素抵抗指数 (HOMA IR)及胰岛素分泌指数 (HOMA IS)。③结果　GDM孕妇的HOMA IR高于正常孕妇 ,HOMA IS低于正常孕妇 ,差异均有显著性 (t=4 .0 7、2 .35 ,P <0 .0 1、0 .0 5 )。④结论　胰岛素抵抗增加及胰岛 β细胞的分泌功能下降可能是GDM的发病原因更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate insulin resistance and islet β-cell function of the women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) . Methods In 98 GDM women and 102 normal pregnant women, fasting blood glucose and insulin levels were measured, and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and β-cell function index(HOMA-IS) calculated by HOMA model. Results HOMA-IR in the GDM women was higher than in the normal pregnant women (t=4.07,P<0.01). HOMA-IS was lower than in the normal pregnant women (t=2.35 ,P<0.05). Conclusion The increase of insulin resistance and decrease of islet β-cell function may result in gestational diabetes mellitus.更多还原
