结构化网格在旋喷结合分解炉中的应用以及流场模拟
Structural Lattice Partition Application in Swirl/Spouted Calciner and Flow Field Simulation
【摘要】 旋喷结合分解炉为众多分解炉炉型中的一种,其结构较复杂,对其进行数值模拟的基础为炉型的网格划分。本文通过数学推导建立结构化网格来构筑旋喷结合分解炉炉型的合理计算单元;并对其流场进行模拟,目的在于为模拟旋喷结合分解炉及其优化提供帮助。
【Abstract】 Swirl/spouted calciner is one type of many calciners. Being complex in structure, the lattice partitioned is used for numerical simulation. This paper intends to establish a reasonable calculation unit for building the types of swirl/spouted calciner through math derivation. Flow field simulation is also made aimed at offering a simulation method of swirl/spouted calciner and its optimization.
