ф3.8m×12m水泥磨中空轴轴颈裂纹的原因与处理
Cause and the treatment of crack in neck of hollow shaft of ф3.8 m×12 m cement mill
【摘要】 中空轴轴颈裂纹是水泥磨的严重故障。中空轴轴颈裂纹产生的原因主要有:铸造缺陷,应力集中,焊接和热处理质量问题等。河南七里岗水泥厂对 3.8m ×12m 水泥磨出料端中空轴轴颈多条裂纹进行了逐一焊接修复,在处理中制作了“假瓦”,并焊焊接试板,焊接时层层注意消除内应力,焊后用“假瓦”进行修整。结果表明 只要严格按照焊接工艺要求,采取合理的焊接方法 能使中空轴轴颈裂纹得到很好的修复。
【Abstract】 Crack in neck of hollow shaft is a very serious malfunction, main cause of the crack include: foundry defect, centralized stress, quality problems of welding and heat treatment. Henan Qiligang Cement Plant welded cracks one by one in neck of hollow shaft at the charge end of 3.8 m×12 m cement mill, during welding process, they made a ″artificial tile″ and welded a test board, paid attention to eliminate inside stress while welding each layer, and fishing with the ″artificial tile″. The result shows that if only we do strictly according to the welding technics requirements and adopt reasonable welding method, crack in neck of hollow shaft can be repaired well.
