【摘要】 目的　寻求一种安全、可靠的“肿泡眼”治疗方法。方法　通过术中观察 ,探索“肿泡眼”的解剖特点 ,针对其解剖特点 ,术中切除上睑眼轮匝肌下脂肪垫 ,减少眶内容物 ,完成重睑。结果　 2 7例患者 ,疗效满意 ,上睑臃肿纠正 ,术后外观自然 ,效果理想。结论　切除上睑眼轮匝肌下脂肪垫、去除眶内容物、提升眶隔筋膜附着点 ,在“肿泡眼”的重睑成形术中是必要的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out a safe, dependable method for the double eyelid operation on the patients with “bubble eye”.Methods After the anatomic study of the structures of eyelids “bubble eye”, a new method is used for the formation of double eyelid on the patients with “bubble eye”, which is composed of the removal of the fat under obicularis muscle and the orbital septum and reinform the frontal structures. Results Twenty-seven patients gained the satisfied result. Conclusion The removal of the subobicularis muscle fat and the fat under the orbital septum is very important for the formation of double eyelid in the patients with “bubble eye”.更多还原
