【Abstract】 During the process of the transformation from socialism planned economy to market economy, a part of officials make use of the the authority in hand to seek and accept bribe. The criminals grow in intensity. To define the criminal of bribery needs to correctly analyze the main body and object of bribery, make sure of the subjective aspects and the objective aspects in criminal behaviors and classify the bribery in reason, which can effectively help judicature organs to take strong measures against the bribery.更多还原
