【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the low-rented house current situation of development and establishing the division standard of downtown low-income family in Shenyang by discussing deeply the finance burden of family which purchases house, several countermeasures and suggestions of developing low-rented house mode are proposed, which in order to establish the foundation for improving low-income family’s living conditions and building house consumption arrangement in the city.更多还原
