【摘要】 美国的保护与储备计划 (CRP)类似我国正在实施的退耕还林工程 ,其自 1985年实施以来所积累的丰富经验和丰硕的研究成果对我国退耕还林工程具有重要的借鉴意义。文中介绍了有关 CRP管理、评价和确定退耕规模与补助水平的研究状况 ,最后得出了对我国退耕还林工程的几点启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) in USA is similar to the Program of Conversion Farmland to Forest or Grassland (CFFG) in China. Rich experiences and researches on CRP from its start in 1985 can provide important information for the performance of CFFG in China. The specifications of CRP and the researches on administration, evaluation of CRP,as well as optimization of the level of rental rates and acres were presented in this paper.
