【摘要】 将 2 8 1例高催乳素血症 (HPRL)患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 (2 16例 )用中药消癖汤治疗 ,对照组 (6 5例 )用溴隐停治疗 ,观察血中泌乳素 (PRL)和相关激素水平及临床症状体征变化情况。结果 :治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为 94 9%、95 4 % ,两组血清PRL均较治疗前显著降低 ,FSH、E2 均较治疗前显著提高。说明中药消癖汤有溴隐停相同作用 ,但无不良反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Two hundred and eighty-one cases of hyperprolactinemia were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 216 cases were treated by “Xiaopi Decoction” and control group in which 65 cases were treated by Bromocriptine. The PRL, related hormones and clinical presentations were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94.9% in treatment group and 95.4% in control group; plasma PRL fell obviously after treatment; FSH and E 2 rose after treatment. It is indicated that “Xiaopi Decoction” acts similarly as Bromocriptine, but without negative effects.更多还原
