【摘要】 为研究润燥止痒胶囊治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性 ,将皮肤瘙痒症患者 (血虚风燥证 ) 80例 ,随机分成治疗组 (润燥止痒胶囊 )和对照组 (肤痒冲剂 )各 4 0例。治疗 4周后 ,观察两组临床疗效 ,并对治疗组进行血尿常规、肝肾功能和心电图的治疗前后安全性检测。结果 :治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组止痒起效时间和瘙痒消失例数 ,两组比较也有显著性差异。治疗组的安全性检测未发现异常改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the clinical effects and the safety of “Runzao Zhiyang Capsule” in the treatment of cutaneous pruritus, 80 cases of cutaneous pruritus of blood deficiency and wind dryness were randomized into treatment group and control group, and respectively treated by “Fuyang Granule” and “Runzao Zhiyang Capsule” for 4 weeks. The blood, urine, liver and kidney functions, and electrocardiogram were surveyed before and after to determine its safety. Results: The effects were better in treatment group than in control group; the effect-acting time and pruritus-relieving time were shorter in treatment group than in control group; there was no negative results in treatment group.更多还原
