RP-HPLC法测定甘辛喷雾剂中甘草酸的含量
Determination of Glycyrrhizin Acid in Gan-xin Spray by RP-HPLC
【摘要】 应用反向高效液相色谱法测定了甘辛喷雾剂中甘草酸含量,流动相为甲醇∶0.2mol L醋酸铵∶冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),紫外检测波长为250nm。结果表明:甘草酸在0.04~0.5μg mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.67%。此法简便稳定、快速准确,空白无干扰,适用于该制剂质量控制中测定甘草酸的方法。
【Abstract】 RP-HPLC was applied to determine the content of Glycyrrhizin acid in Gan-Xin spray.The mobile phase consists of Methanol:0.2 mol/L Ammonium acetate:Acetic acid glacial (67∶33∶1).The detection wavelength is at 250nm.The linearity is obtained over the range of 0.2~1.0μg/mL(r=0.9999).The mean recovery is 100.67%.The method is stable, rapid and accurate.The blank control has no disturbance.It is suitable for the determination of Glycyrrhizin acid in the preparation to control its quality.
