【摘要】 以三倍体苹果品种乔纳金试管苗顶部茎段为试材,将其接种于添加不同生长素及其组合的MS(基本培养基)中,研究IAA、IBA、NAA 3种生长素对苹果试管苗生根的不同效应。结果表明:3种生长素均可诱导乔纳金试管苗生根,且组合处理的效应普遍优于单种激素,其中以MS+IBA 0.8mg/L+IAA 0.7mg/L为最好,其生根率达92％。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study examined the effect of somatotrophin IBA, NAA and IAA on root formation of Jonagold apple variety in test-tube. The explant was from the top stem inoculated in MS (basic medium) with different somatotrophins and their combinations. The result showed that all of these three somatotrophins could induce their root formation. The phytohormone combinations were greatly better than single so matotrophin. And the best combination was MS + IBA 0.8mg/L + IAA 0.7mg/L with the highest rate of root formation, 92%.更多还原
