波纹管伸缩节设计参数的研究
Research on design parameters of bellow-type expansion joint
【摘要】 本文从分析水工波纹管伸缩节结构的荷载特点入手 ,使用MSC .NASTRAN有限元程序 ,计算比较了内水压力、轴向变位和横向变位对波纹管伸缩节结构应力的影响。并根据分析计算的结果 ,对波纹管伸缩节中波纹管的各项参数提出了参考意见和最佳安装温度的计算公式
【Abstract】 In this paper,the load character of the hydraulic bellow-type expansion joint is studied and the MSC.NASTRAN software is used to analyze the influence of various loads on it.Based on the analysis results,some suggestions for the design parameters and the best setup temperature are proposed.
