【摘要】 目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP鄄2)在非小细胞肺癌穴NSCLC雪中的表达,探讨它与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系及与患者预后的关系。方法:用S鄄P法对31例NSCLC患者的石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色,检测其MMP鄄2表达水平,分析MMP鄄2与NSCLC临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果:NSCLC组织中MMP2表达显著高于正常肺组织穴P<0.01雪;腺癌组高于鳞癌组穴P<0.05雪,且随恶性程度及临床分期的升高MMP鄄2表达呈增加趋势;淋巴结转移组MMP鄄2表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组穴P<0.05雪;运用Kaplan鄄Meier生存分析表明,MMP鄄2明显影响患者预后。结论:MMP鄄2的表达与NSCLC的临床病理特征和预后有关熏提示MMP鄄2表达水平可作为评估肺癌预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) to clinicopathological characters and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: The expression level of MMP-2 in 31 NSCLC patients was tested with immunohistochemistry. The specimen slices from the patients were dyed by anti-MMP-2 monoclonal antibodies and compared with those from 10 normal persons. Results: The positive rate of MMP-2 expression was higher in NSCLC than in normal tissues(P<0.01). The poorer differentiation of the tumor was associated with the higher expression of MMP-2. The expression of MMP-2 in tumor tissue with positive-node was much higher than that in tumor tissue with negative-node(P<0.05). Univariate survival analyses indicated that the expression of MMP2 was associated with overall survival (Log-rank test,P<0.05). Conclusion: MMP-2 obviously relates with the clinicopathological characters of the NSCLC. Testing the expression level of MMP-2 may be helpful to judge the prognosis of NSCLC patients.更多还原
