【Abstract】 One aspect of the duality of information technology is that it brings "information disease"to humankind. How to prevent and cure "information disease" has become one of the major issues that sociologists have to deal with. This article elaborates various manifestations of "information disease", discusses causes of the disease and various prescriptions to prevent and cure the disease.
