不同有机物料对土壤外源铜有效性的影响
Effect of different organic matters on the availability of added Cu in two soils
【摘要】 将4种有机物料加入模拟铜污染(200mg·kg-1)的黄壤和棕壤中,进行180d的室内恒温培养试验,测定了不同培养时期各处理的有效铜含量,并对其进行方差分析和多重比较。结果表明,4种有机物料相比较,腐殖酸含量高的泥炭和风化煤能显著降低铜污染土壤的有效铜含量,且泥炭的作用强于风化煤;不含腐殖酸的玉米秸秆和鲜猪粪对铜污染土壤铜有效性的影响比较复杂。对添加量而言,有机质含量较高的黏质黄壤,较低添加量即可明显影响铜的有效性;而有机质含量相对低的壤质棕壤,则需要较高添加量才能明显影响铜的有效性。从时间上看,在培养的0~90d内,有机物料对黄壤中铜有效性的影响比较显著;而在培养的0~45d内,有机物料对棕壤中铜有效性的影响比较显著。
【Abstract】 The yellow soil and brunisolic soil supplemented with Cu (200mg·kg-1) were cultivated with four organic matters for six months in the laboratory. The results are discussed by the analysis of variance and the multiple comparison.Peat and weathering coal both significantly reduce the content of available copper,and the effect of peat is more obvious.The effects of corn straw and pig manure on the available copper are complicated.The proper dose is lower in yellow soil than in brunisolic soil,because of the different soil properties.In yellow soil,the influence is mainly in the 90 days;but in brunisolic soil,it is in the 45 days.
