【摘要】 提出了企业产品结构“金字塔”的模式构想 ,并从技术、产品管理、原料供应方面分析了创建产品金字塔的方式方法。

【Abstract】 The "Pyramid model" conception of products structure is raised,the way of creating product pyramid is analyzed from the aspects of technology,product management and material supply.
