万家寨水电厂水轮机转轮裂纹情况分析

【摘要】 万家寨水电厂水轮机转轮在2002年检查发现叶片出现裂纹。针对裂纹情况,从机组运行工况,水轮机的设计、制造、水力特性、力学特性等方面,初步分析裂纹原因为叶片相对单薄,且有应力集中和焊接残余拉应力,在低负荷的高层水管压力脉动作用力下而产生裂纹。针对裂纹原因,电站采取了划分运行区域,在叶片上冠出口边加三角板,顶盖强迫补气等防治裂纹的措施。

【Abstract】 In Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station, it was found that cracks appeared on water-turbine runners in the ex-amination in 2002. According to crack forms, operation conditions, design and manufacture characteristics, hydraulicand mechanical behavior, the causes of cracking were regarded as thinner blades, concentrated stress and residualwelded tensile stress along with effect of higher draft pipe pressure pulsating at lower load. The measures of delimi-ting operation ranges, adding triangular stiffeners at the upper rim, forcing head-cover air admission were taken toprevent runner cracking.
