【Abstract】 Finit-difference method is used for the simulation calculation of the structure of field emission triode. The radius of curvature of the emitter tip and the diameter of the gate hole are changed to analyze the influence on the electric field,current density and the electron trajectory. In order to keep the emitted electron beam focusing,two gate electrodes are suggested for the FEA.更多还原
