【摘要】 目的:观察精神疾患心电图(ECG)的变化及其意义。方法:应用日本ECG-8420K心电图仪,对2003年1月～12月3459例门诊及住院精神病人ECG进行了检查。结果:1854例患者(53.6％)出现ECG异常,大于60岁ECG异常率与其他年龄组有显著差异。异常ECG以T波改变(36.8％)和窦性心动过速(29.4％)为主。结论:ECG为精神疾患住院常规检查的敏感指标,应用抗精神病药物后应定期随访ECG。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the change and significance of electrocardiogram (ECG) in pa-tientswith mental disorders. Methods: ECG were recorded by Japanese EGG - 8420K in 3459 patients (2003.1 ~ 12.) Result: 1854 patients had the abnormal ECG (53.6%), with the T wave changes and tachycardia (29.4 % ) . And there is significant difference between the group of more than 60 years old and groups of other ages in the abnormal rate of ECG. Conclusion: The ECG was a sensitive index of routime examination for patients with mental disorders, and should be periodical index after applying the antipsychotic drugs in patients with mental disorders.更多还原
