猪圆环病毒2型感染的PCR检测及防治

【摘要】 对规模化猪场发现的患有断奶仔猪多系统衰弱综合征(PMWS)典型症状的病猪,采用针对猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)开放阅读框2(ORF2)设计的特异性引物进行PCR检测。从20头发病猪的组织样品中检测PCV2,结果有18头呈阳性结果,检测结果在四川省首次证实了猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)感染,并提出了相应的综合防治措施。

【Abstract】 The pigs that had typical symptom suffered from postweaning multisystemic weak syndrome (PMWS) were found at hogpens. We utilized the specialized primer for the Open Reading Frame II of PCV2 to take PCR detection. As a result, we got 18 positive PCV2-infection pigs from 20 tissues. The result showed that there was PCV2-infection at hogpens in Sichuan province at the first time, and we also put forward the synthetical preventive measures.
