【摘要】 对区域的发展提出应该从其发展历史、现有社会经济水平以及发展潜力等多方面综合考虑.详细分析比较了成都市与重庆市的国民经济现状并对其进行评价,指出:(1)成都市是我国西部地区发展水平最高的地区,并且在空间上与重庆相距很近;(2)在长江经济带上游经济中心的确立中,只考虑重庆是不妥的;(3)应该结合成都和重庆这两个特大城市,加强协作,共同组建长江上游的核心经济中心区,有利于避免城市间的恶性竞争.更多还原

【Abstract】 When we discuss the development of a city or a region, we should pay attention to its develop history, present conditions and development potentiality. By detail comparison and assessment of the natural conditions and the development of economic and society between Chengdu and Chongqing, it can be seen that Chengdu is the most flourishing city in west China, and Chengdu is very near to Chongqing. It’s not right to only take Chongqing as the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. It’s necessary to establish the two biggest cities in west China, Chengdu and Chongqing, as the Core-Economic-Center Region in west China, so that the viciousness competition between the two cities can be avoided and cooperaction between them can be formed.更多还原
