利用含铬废革料制备富铬酵母的研究(Ⅱ)——富铬酵母的制备

【摘要】 在含铬废革料湿热-酸法降解的基础上,通过两次正交试验,以富铬酵母铬含量为指标,确定出发酵制备富铬酵母的最优培养基配方为:含铬废革料降解液79ml/L,葡萄糖5g/L和蛋白胨2g/L;最优发酵条件为:发酵温度28℃、接种量10%、培养基装量50ml/250ml。实验结果表明,利用含铬废革料降解液为培养基主原料来发酵制备富铬酵母,可以充分利用含铬废革料中的铬资源,所制得的富铬酵母产品的铬含量较高,具有一定的制备价值。
【Abstract】 Through orthogonal experiment,the best prescription of culture medium,which was made up of glucose, peptone, and degradation liquids, which were obtained by hydrothermal-acid method from chromium-containing leather waste and contained abundant chromium(Ⅲ) hydrolysate of collagen was determined as: glucose 5?g/L, peptone 2?g/L, and degradation liquids 79?ml/L. Also, the temperature of fermentation, quantity of inoculation, and volume of medium were determined as: 28?℃, 10%, and 50?ml/250?ml, respectively.
