【摘要】 目的 探讨含淫羊藿血清对SD大鼠骨体外生长发育的影响。方法 采用中药血清药理学的方法制备含淫羊藿血清,通过组织学方法观察含药血清大鼠体外骨培养系统是否建立成功。改良钙钴法检测碱性磷酸酶的活性,反映成骨情况。结果 含药血清SD大鼠体外骨培养系统组股骨的长度及总面积、骨干长度及面积和碱性磷酸酶活性均高于传统用小牛血清的体外骨培养系统组,二者有显著性差异。含淫羊藿血清体外培养组培养的骨器官处于持续生长状态。结论 含淫羊藿血清对体外培养的骨器官有促进其成骨发育的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of serum containing Epimedium in thebone organ culture of SD rat in vitro. Methods Making serum containing Epimedium bythe seropharmacology of the traditional Chinese medicine, using histological method to ob-serve whether succeed in establishing a bone-culture model of serum containing drug of SDrat ih vitro, detecting Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) by improved Ca-Co method to observethe formation of the bone. Results The bone organs of in-vitro culture system of serumcontaining Epimedium in vitro remains growing. The bone length, bone area, diaphyseallength, diaphyseal area and the ALP--activity of femoral of a bone-culture system of serumcontaining drug of SD rat in vitro are all higher than the system using cattle serum tradi-tionally. The two has significant difference. Conclusion The system of the bone organculture by the Serum containing Epimedium in vitro is succeed. The serum containing Epi-medium accelerates bone formation.更多还原
