【Abstract】 The embryo implantation is a complex process. Leukemia inhibitory factor is a kind of cytokine which has multifunctions. It plays important roles in inducing uterine receptivity, regulating embryo development, controlling trophoblast invision and regulating maternal fetal immunotolerance, so it is necessary for embryo implantation.
