沙棘叶中甾醇的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 利用硅胶柱层析和硝酸银 -硅胶制备薄层层析 ,从沙棘叶的乙醚提取物的不皂化物中 ,分离得到了三种甾醇 ,并对其结构进行了结构鉴定。

【Abstract】 Three sterols were separated from the unsaponofiable matter in the leaves of seabuckthorn by Silica Gel column Chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography with silica gel-silver nitrate. Then their structures were identified and confirmed by Mass Spectroscopy.
