含湿煤灰颗粒气流干燥过程的数值模拟

【摘要】 提出了一个描述含湿煤灰颗粒气流干燥过程的一维数学模型。模型考虑了干燥管内气固两相间的传热和传质、气固两相温度和含湿量的变化。用Matlab中的Simulink仿真软件进行了数值求解 ,得到了含湿煤灰颗粒在不同气流干燥条件下的干燥曲线。数值模拟结果与实验数据吻合很好 ,证明了该模型的准确性

【Abstract】 An onedimensional mathematic model describing drying process of gas flow containing humid coal ash particles has been put forward, the heat transfer and mass transfer between gassolid two phases, as well as variation of temperature and moisture content for gassolid two phases in drying tubes having been considered in the said model. Solution of values has been carried out by using simulation software Simulink in Matlab, obtaining the drying curves of humid coal ash particles under different drying conditions of gas flow. The results of numerical simulation tallies well with experimental data, profing the accuracy of the said model.
