2D沥青基碳/碳复合材料摩擦学性能研究
Research on Tribological Properties Of 2D Pitch Based Carbon Carbon Composites
【摘要】 研究了沥基碳 /碳复合材料的摩擦磨损性能 ,探讨了压力、速度、纤维取向等因素对摩擦学特性的影响。SEM分析表明 ,该材料在低能载条件下具有优良的摩擦磨损性能 ,随着载荷的增大 ,磨损率和摩擦系数都趋于减小 ;当速度大于 2 1 8m/s时 ,出现了磨损率和摩擦系数急剧增大的趋势。
【Abstract】 The friction and wear properties of the 2D pitch based C/C composite was studied,the relations between wear mechanisms of the material and the pressure,speed,and the fibre arrangement direction were investigated.The worn surfaces of the samples were examined with SEM.Experimental results show that the material possesses excellent low energy friction performance,the friction coefficient and wear rate decrease with the increasing of pressure,When Sliding speed is above 2 18m/s the wear speed rise rapidly.
