载荷、速度对碳/铜复合材料摩擦表面自润滑固体膜性能的影响

【摘要】 用扫描电子显微镜、电子探针X射线显微分析仪和表面轮廓测试仪等 ,对固体膜的显微形貌、组分含量及表观轮廓粗糙度等进行了系统的观察、测试和分析。结果表明 :在一定的工况参数范围内 ,自润滑固体膜主要由C和Cu两种元素组成 ,其减摩性能保持在某一相对良好的状态 ;当工况参数超出这一范围时 ,自润滑固体膜中的金属含量增多 ,其减摩性能随之恶化。同时 ,摩擦表面的形貌和粗糙度亦随工况参数的不同而变化。

【Abstract】 The micro-morphology, composition and surface profile of the solid self-lubricating film were examined by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron probe x-ray micro analyzer (EPMA) and profile-meter.The reults showed that the carbon and copper were included in the film and low friction-factor of the film could be maintained when the load was below a certain value. While the load exceeds the certain value the film had more metal elements and its friction factor tended to increase rapidly with the pressure. In addition the roughness of the friction surface varied with the load and sliding velocity conditions.
