水热法合成六角片状Co9S8晶体
Hydrothermal-controlled Synthesis of Hexagonal Co9S8 Single Crystal Flake
【摘要】 本文以七水合硫酸亚钴 (CoSO4·7H2 O)和无水亚硫酸钠 (Na2 SO3 )为原料 ,以水合肼 (N2 H4·H2 O)为还原剂 ,利用水热法合成了立方晶系的六角片状Co9S8单晶。运用X射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电子显微镜 (TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对产物进行了表征。结果表明 ,产物主要由直径为 0 .8~ 1.5 μm六角片状Co9S8单晶组成 ,合成单晶的温度为180℃ ,时间为 72h。在室温下 ,产物的饱和磁化率 (Ms)和矫顽力 (Hc)分别为 6 5emu/g和 333Oe。
【Abstract】 Hexagonal Co9S8 single crystal flake was synthesized in hydrazine hydrate (N2H4·H2O) solvent at 180℃ for 72h by hydrothermal method using cobalt sulfate hydrate (CoSO4·7H2O) and anhydrous sodium sulfate (Na2SO3) as the starting materials. The as-prepared Co9S8 samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscope (TEM)and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the samples are mainly composed of hexagonal Co9S8 single crystal flakes with diameters of 0.8-1.5μm.The suitable reaction temperature and reaction time for growing Co9S8 single crystals is 180℃and 72h respectively.The saturation magnetization (Ms) and coercivity (Hc) values of the sample are 65 emu /g and 333 Oe under the room temperature respectively.
