【摘要】 目的观察凯时注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的治疗作用。方法将61例椎基底动脉供血不足病人随机分为治疗组32例(给予凯时注射液治疗)与对照组29例(运用复方丹参注射液治疗),检测两组治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化,对比观察其疗效。结果治疗后治疗组血液流变学指标、临床疗效均较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论凯时注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有良好的改善作用,其疗效明显优于复方丹参注射液的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Kai Shi (prostaglandin E1) inject ion in treatment of patients with vertigo induced by vertebrobasilar insufficien cy(VBI). Methods 61 patients of VBI were randomly divided into two groups: Kai S hi therapy group (32 patients) and control group (29 patients). The hemorheologi c parameters before and after the treatment were measured. Results The hemorheol ogic parameters of therapy group after treatment had improved significantly. The effective rate of therapy group (71%) was obviously higher than that of contro l group (31%). Conclusion The curative effect of Kai Shi in treatment of VBI wa s remarkable.更多还原
