4株枯草芽孢杆菌对香蕉冠腐病的防效测定
Determination of the Control Effect of Bacillus subtilis on Banana Crown Rot
【摘要】 香蕉采后用枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)的B63、B68、B74、B75菌株的菌液和无细菌滤液处理,可有效防治由镰刀菌引起的香蕉冠腐病。各处理中,无论是菌液处理还是无菌滤液处理,均以B68菌株的防效最高(分别为94.74% 和95.24%),明显高于生产上使用的杀菌剂施保功的防效(分别为52.63% 和76.19%)。从不同的时间处理看,0 h防治的效果最好。防效随滤液浓度的增加而提高。差异显著性分析表明,4个菌株的菌液处理蕉果,防效无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 Postharvest banana fruits were treated with 4 strains of Bacillus subtilis and their aseptic filtrate solutions to determine their biocontrol effect on banana crown rot. The results indicated that the strain B68 with the highest effect(94.74%) was superior to Sporgon (52.63%). The bananas treated immediately with the strain B68 after inoculated with Fusarium semitectum gave the best effect. The biocontrol effect improved gradually with concentration of the aseptic filtrate solution. Data analysis showed that there was no significance of difference among four strains, indicating these four strains of Bacillus subtilis had good prospect.
