【Abstract】 The famous historical and cultural cities are the main carriers of Chinese long-standing history and brilliant culture. It is the mirror of the attributes and effects of the tourism resources. Changsha is honored among the China famous historical and cultural cities. As far as the tourism development of Changsha is concerned, Orange-Islet on the Xiangjiang River is a great famous scene for its natural and human resources.
