牛初乳中IgG1、IgG2的制备色谱分离与纯化

【摘要】 以二甲基十二烷基苄基溴化胺为预处理物质,采用DEAE Sepharose F.F离子交换色谱和Sephacryl S-200HR凝胶过滤色谱分离纯化了牛初乳中的IgG1和IgG2。用亲和高效液相色谱法测定了IgG1、IgG2的含量。

【Abstract】 By using Dimethyllaurbenzylammonium as salt out materials, IgG1 and IgG2 were isolated and purificated from bovine colostmms by DEAE Sepharose F.F Ion exchange chromatography and Sephacryl S-200HR Gel filtration chromatography .The content of IgG1 and IgG2 were determinated by affinity chromatography.
