【摘要】 目的　探讨和观察电刺激小脑顶核治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法　 4 8例脑梗死患者均接受常规药物综合性治疗 ,同时电刺激小脑顶核 ,并与 4 8例神经功能缺损评分相匹配但只进行药物治疗的患者进行对照。治疗 10天后进行疗效评分。结果　接受电刺激者疗效明显优于对照组 ,治疗组有效率为 94 % ,对照组有效率为 87% ,两者比较差异有显著性意义。结论　常规药物加电刺激小脑顶核治疗脑梗死有明显疗效 ,有利于患者神经功能的早期恢复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and observe the efficacy of electrical stimulation of Fastigial nucleus in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infraction.Methods 48 cases of cerebral infraction who received conventional drug treatment were treated with electrical stimulation of Fastigial nucleus The control group only received drug treatment.Results The patients treated with electrical stimulation of Fastigial nucleus got more apparent recovery than the control group.Conclusions The electrical stimulation of cerebellum has significant efficacy in treatment of the patient with acute cerebral infarction. It is helpful for early functionally recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
