实验性脑出血血肿周围MMP-9的表达与脑水肿的关系
The relationship of the dynamical expression of MMP-9 and brain edema in intracerebral hemorrhage rat model
【摘要】 目的 动态观察MMP- 9在脑出血动物模型脑组织中的表达 ,探讨MMP - 9与脑水肿的关系。方法 应用脑立体定向技术 ,建立大鼠脑出血模型 ,假手术作为对照组。分别测定脑组织含水量 ,观察血肿周围MMP - 9的表达规律。结果 术后 2 4~ 72h脑水肿形成和MMP - 9表达高峰 ,与假手术组比较差别有显著性意义。结论 脑出血后大鼠脑水肿形成和MMP - 9高表达在时间同步。MMP- 9高表达是致脑水肿的关键物质。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-9 in rat brain of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH),and to study the correlation MMP-9 and brain edema.Methods ICH rat model was made by stereotactic technique,and sham injections served as controls.We measured brain water content,and MMP-9 expression after ICH.Results The brain edema and MMP-9 expression reached the maximum after ICH form 24 h to 72 h.There are marked differences compared with the sham.Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 at higher level and brain edema formation were synchronization at progress.MMP-9 were the key substance which induced the brain edema.
