【摘要】 目的　通过北京市“全科医学培训工程项目”培训班学员的自评 ,了解学员全科医学专业知识、态度及技能的掌握情况。方法　采用封闭式问卷调查方法。结果　学员知识结构掌握以“了解、熟悉”为主 ,技能中 7项内容大多数学员能够基本掌握或掌握 ,态度中核心知识回答正确率骨干班为 6 7 5 % ,规范班为 6 3 0 %。结论　学员有关生物专业知识、技能掌握情况较好 ,心理、社会学方面的知识及相关技术有待加强 ,全科医学专业意识及技能需要进一步强化和提高更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveThe aim of research was to study the level of students′ knowledge,attitude and skills about general practice by self-evaluation of the trainees who participated in the General Practice Training Project.MethodsThe trainees were interviewed with questionnaire.ResultsMost trainees understood the knowledge about general practice or were familiar with it,they had basic skills of part of skills and right attitude of general practitioners.ConclusionThen the trainees are found to have good biological and physiological knowledge,but some poor psycho-social knowledge.Consciousness and skills of general practice specialty must be strengthened and enhanced.更多还原
