焙烧对HL沸石结构的影响
STRUCTURE CHANGES OF HL ZEOLITE AFTER CALCINATION
【摘要】 运用MASNMR研究了焙烧对HL沸石结构的影响 .结果表明 ,高温焙烧将引起HL沸石骨架的脱铝 ,当焙烧温度高于 65 0℃后 ,沸石骨架脱铝明显 ;2 7Al MASNMR谱表明 ,从沸石上脱下来的铝 ,部分形成了NMR不可测的无定形态 ,且随焙烧温度的升高 ,NMR不可测铝增多
【Abstract】 The effect of calcination temperature (from 773 K to 1 073 K) on the structure of HL zeolite was studied using 29Si and 27Al MAS NMR. The NMR spectra of zeolite were greatly influenced by calcination. The backbone of HL zeolite suffered from severe dealumination by calcination at temperatures higher than 923 K. The results from 27Al MAS NMR measurements implied that Al in the backbone of zeolite was only partially NMR-visible. The NMR-invisible Al increased with the increase of calcination temperature.
