【Abstract】 Given an example of synthetic ester exchanging fish oil phosphate fatliquoring agent, the influences of catalyst on alcoholysis reaction were discussed. Meanwhile , reaction mechanism of solid acid catalyst was an addition-elimination procedure in the alcoholysis reaction. Alcoholysis reaction time was determined by variation of refractive index. Synthesis principle of phosphate was also introduced . Superiority of solvent method of P(2)O(5) in preparation of phosphate were illustrated.Hydrolysis reaction could further improve the molar ratio of mono-phosphate to double-phosphate and conversion rate of ester exchanging fish oil in its reaction product.更多还原
