固体光气环合法合成2-氯-5-甲基吡啶
The Synthesis of 2-Chloro-5-methyl Cyridine with Triphosegene
【摘要】 以苄胺、丙醛为起始原料,采用固体光气环合法经3步反应合成2-氯-5-甲基吡啶,反应总收率70.4%,产品含量大于98%(HPLC归一法),产品结构经IR、MS确证。为合成重要的农药中间体2-氯-5-甲基吡啶提供了一条环境友好的新路线。
【Abstract】 Chloro-5-methyl pyridine was prepared with triphosegene in 70.4% overall yield by three steps from benzylamine and propionaldehyde, the assay was more than 98%(HPLC).The structure of title compound were comfirmed by IR, MS.The result provides a novel environmentally - friendly approach for the synthesis of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine, which is an important intermediate of pesticides.
