数控机床故障分布的灰关联分析法

【摘要】 考虑截尾时间对数控机床可靠性的影响 ,提出引入故障总时间法计算故障时间。针对一批数据同时符合多种分布这一问题 ,提出采用灰关联分析方法计算试验数据与参考分布的关联度 ,根据关联度的大小 ,确定故障的最优分布模型。以 4台数控机床的现场截尾数据为例介绍运算过程 ,应用表明该方法简便易行 ,具有一定的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the effect of definite ending time on CNC machine tools, the failure time was determined by using the total failure time method in this paper. The test date and the relevancy of the referenced distributions were obtained by using the gray correlative analysis method to solve the problem of a passel of date matched with various distributions. According to the relevancy, the optimized distribution model was confirmed. An example of a real operation process was demonstrated by using the field ending data from four CNC machine tools, which showed that this method was feasible and simple.
