【Abstract】 This article reviews the progresses, the current application methods and indicators in the assessment of stroke burden both from foreign and domestic sources. Now the years of potential life lost and disability adjusted life years are the better indexes in the assessment of population death, disability and other burdens in patients with stroke. Meanwhile, the social and family burdens are also not negligible aspects in the assessment of stroke burden.更多还原
