【Abstract】 As one of the developed industry and agriculture provinces in China, Liaoning has its special geologic structure with new formation movement and land features since Tertiary period, which shows the main environmental engineering geologic structures in the province. Human activities and economic developments have brought some effects on geologic engineering, resulting in related environmental problems.
