内燃机气缸套磨损寿命预测方法研究

【摘要】 气缸套的非均匀过度磨损是确定内燃机寿命的主要依据。研究探讨了气缸套磨损与气缸漏气机理,以及气缸漏气与气缸压力之间的数学关系。建立了预测内燃机气缸套磨损寿命的预测模型。编制了预测发动机剩余寿命的计算机软件。采用所设计的测量系统对内燃机气缸压力测量就可预测出发动机寿命。对100台柴油机的测量后分析表明该方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 The over-wearing of cylinder liner determines the life of internal combustion engines. In this paper, the mechanisms of liner wearing and gas leakage were analyzed and a mathematics formula between gas leakage and cylinder pressure was given. The prediction model for wearing life of cylinder liner in internal combustion engine was put forward. In addition, a program for predicting the remained working life of engine was edited. The engine life can be predicted through measuring the cylinder pressure and the feasibility was verified through analyzing 100 units of diesel engine.
